What to look for?

I AM LOOKING AT A 1973 SINGLR WIDE IN CARSON CITY, NV.. HOT IN THE SUMMER and FREEZING and BELOW in WINTER.
Besides a swamp cooler and a/c with heat, what should I be looking for ? I know the unit has a new floor, walls have been dry walled and ceiling. All appliances are fairly new and in good shape. All windows have been replaced with double pane.
Is there anything in particular that I need to look for because of the weather factors?
