what can you do with a mold infested double-wide?

Want to know if there is any salvage companies that would be interested in purchasing and hauling away a double-wide that is totaled by mold. It happened because water was turned on by realtor and not shut off and pipes froze and burst. Water ran for about 6 WEEKS before discovered. Cost to repair way exceeds value. plus we still have a mortgage and insurance won't cover because it was unoccupied.
