need to replace electric water heater for 2000 Fleetwood double wide modular home. Is this a special water heater for Fleetwoods and if not what size do I need.

You can now use just about any water heater for your MH. There was a time in the 80's when you needed to use an exclusive MH designated WH. But you may want to check with a MH dealer in your area or an experienced MH contractor just to make sure. I'm in California and not familiar with the regulations in other states.
