water damge from water

A mobile home was rented by me 1 1/2 years ago. Now 1 1/2 years later found a leak in water heater. Contractors sent out. Now told have to terminate home. Because has to be demolished or moved.. A contractor told me the problem had been happenng way before i had moved in.. And manager of park did not take care of it in the past or during my tenacy. Has ingnored all request for repairs, the new trust does not belive this abuse towads me and older elderly tenants. Verbal and sexual harrassment and intimidation Only giving me 45 days to find a place to live. March 15th?? Why March 15th. I am on diability , in the middle of painful pain management. Alone. No help. This past year I have been living amongst a time bomb. Leaking water heater. And this manager knew. And did nothing. And not even sure if all this is the truth about high cost. And damage as bad as they say. I believe they want me out. Fix the heater water damage, and roof. And raise the rent. I was never told about this in 1 1/2 years... I will be homeless.
