want to fix up old trailer with leaks

I have an 80's single wide that came with the land I bought. I had it towed to a gravel pad in the woods and tied down with metal straps. I think moving it caused the roof to leak - at this point the ceiling has fallen in several rooms where water dripped and the place is pretty mildewed. It has been abandoned for 20 years - I use it for storage of old stuff, but it's a mess and the humidity has ruined just about all my junk.

I have a couple of intern farmers looking for a place to live and wonder if a trailer this far gone could be turned into a livable space without spending a fortune. Basically if it can be made livable for unser $10,000 I would give it to them to live in.
