Don't know what utility ur getting charged for. Does Park or 3rd party provide utility? Some parks pay utility bill to utility company such as water and sewer to CSU then bill the residents for individual usage. Does your lease specify a specific amount of time they must provide you with before raising retes. I know the law states you must be given 60 day advance notice in writing before raising lot rent. You could also check into The Mobile Home Park Act to see what rights you may have as tenant. Good Luck
