Quick update:

Triad Financial Services offers LESS than 20% down payment loans on mobile homes as old as 1976. This is great news!

They go as low as 5% down, and you need to have good credit (660 score or better).

The rates are higher, but it may be worth it to pay a little extra in the rate to put less money down. Rates would range in the 6.50% to 8% for lower down payment options.

SCAM COMPANY

Simple ,Stay as far away from this SCAM company as you can ,And i can document everything i say .Along with all the phoney shell company names it goes by in different states.They will rip you off and their goal is to have a person that will some day not be able to pay for the loan ,so triad can come in and repo the home and resell it to other person who will also down the road not be able to pay the loan ,so triad can again repo the home and resll it again.
