i am buying an older mobile home with no title should i do this and how can i get a titile

I would not buy a home without a title - that is like buying a car without the pink slip. This means that you don't know if the seller who walks with your cash is in fact the seller/owner.

Let's say you do this and then someone comes along and says they own it and they show you the title - now you lost your money.

Don't do it. Contact the mobile home authority in your state and ask them how to research the title records.
