The two most important mobile home repairs you can make

I just ran across this great slideshow for Manufactured Home fixes and upgrades. However, I believe the TWO BEST repair tasks that every mobile home and manufactured home owner must do (every few years to 5 years) is to:

1) Re-Level your home (hire a professional!)

2) Re-Seal your Roof (this you can do yourself if you are comfortable getting on the roof - just get some heavy duty roof mastic re-sealing agent and go to work).
