repairs

I bought my Redman home new in January 2010. I have only had it a little over
a year. The dealer I bought it from only gave me a year warranty on everything. I am having problems with my roof. Shingles are coming up. The dealer is no help considering it's over a year. Do I have any recourse to go to through another Redman Dealer or where can I turn to? I believe a roof should last alot longer than a year.
