we have a manager who thinks nothing of telling other tennents very personal and private information to anyone. let me give you an example:
1. the man in # 69 beats his wife and the son beats the girlfriend all the time.
2. the family in # 60 can't hasn't payed their rent in 5 months and they are being evicted.
3. the owners have taken a second out on the park to pay repairs on other parks that they own.
how do you complain about the manager when the owner won't listen?
