Preparing your land for a MH?

We recently acquired a 2 acre lot and would like to put a MH on it. What is our responsibility prior to having the MH delivered? Do we need to lay a foundation? Will we be responsible for hooking up the water, gas, etc to the home once is dropped off?

Will the company that delivers it haul off the old (unusable 30 yr old MF) one? Where do old MH go to die? :) (I did read the idea about calling the fire dept. I will try that!)

When you buy a used one, and they have added a deck or porch, etc, are they movable with the MH, or do they just get destroyed?
