power washing and painting

Does the owner of a mobile home park, which you are renting a lot from, but own your home, have the right, without written notice to come power wash and paint your home, without giving you the opportunity to get it done yourself., Being told I have no choice and will be charged for it and the home removed if I do not pay for it! My home is old, but not worthy of that kind of threat. Can the owner get away with this?

I told them I already had someone that was going to power wash it, but it does not matter.
