Depends on the year. If it's a pre HUD (built before June 15th, 1976) I wouldn't invest a great deal of money in it. There very difficult to get financing on if you want to sell it to someone later who needs a loan. Additionally, a lot of the materials that were used in those days are very caustic and toxic. Not very healthy environment. I'd recommend sticking with something from the 80s or newer.
