No title. Bought double wide on land from HUD.

I bought a foreclosure property from HUD in 2012. It had been empty for about 2 years. It has land and a double wide. I am thinking of selling the double wide next year and putting in a regular house in the same spot, but do not have a title for the double wide. What should I do?
