need to know what the make and model of my home is

I have a 1970 mobile home. It is 14x56 2 bedroom 1 bath. The make or model(I do not know what the difference is) starts with an M. Mondovi sounds right but I can not find anything under that name. Do you have any idea what it might be or where I could look for info?
