Moving a 30-year old single-wide

Our single-wide is in a park in Pennsyvlania. When it comes time to sell it, it will have to be moved out of the park because of its age. Is there an age-limit to moving single-wides in Pennsylvania. Is it feasible to have it moved or will it need to be demolished?

I would guess that you could find a home for this old singlewide, but it may prove to be more trouble than it is worth.

Seriously think about replacing the home now with a larger new home.
