Mold issue discovered after sale of mobilehome

After a home and termite inspection and 60-day escrow, papers were signed and money transferred. The day they took possession, their homeowner's insurance person found mold in a bedroom ceiling. Our insurance is denying any coverage because no problem with the roof or any walls. Are we liable for fixing the problem?
