Mobile Home Title Requirements of Married Couple

I am being told by management at a mobile home park that if my wife is put on title she has to live there? Even though we are still married and title will be in both names my wife lives elsewhere and does not want to be forced to move in the park because her name is on title, is this legal in the state of California for a mobile home park to require that both parties on title be required to live on premise?
