Manufactured home stairs and porch

Notice the skirting is the decorative stone (actual stone or castings to look like stone). This is not the plastic kind.

Ok, so stairs can be built for pretty cheap using real wood, but if you want your new stairs to last then consider using the composite decking material like Trex decking. This is like real wood in that you can cut it and shape it, and for the look, but if acts like plastic in how it holds up over time and its inability to to be used for structural support.

This front porch was built using a composite decking material and it came out looking very nice.
