I AM LOOKING TO REPLACE MY 12X60 MOBILE HOME ON PRIVATE PROPERTY. ARE THERE FACTORYS I CAN GO TOUR DIFFERENT MODELS OF APPROX 14X60 HOMES? NY OR PA.? DO FACTORYS SELL DIRECT TO HOMEOWNERS? I HAVE BEEN TO A COUPLE RETAILERS AND TOURED WHAT THEY HAD ON THE LOT. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE LOTS OF MOBILE HOMES ON A LOT FOR SALE. ANY HELP? THANKS JJ

Jill, buying from the factory is never a good idea, simply because they cannot help with the set up and delivery, so you are on your own. The chances for getting something wrong go way up and the last thing you need is your new home installed incorrectly. Hire a dealer, that is what they specialize in. However, if you just want to see what the factory will do for you, find another dealer! The right person will take care of all of your needs. That is our suggestion. Hi Jill,
Unfortunately, I'm all the way across the county in California. Yes, we do have factories here and Arizona and Nevada. But I don't think you'd want to come this far just to tour them. You need to find an expert in your area and ask them for help. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
