if its too old and what i need to do for it too pass inspection in one of two counties of s.c

I have a 1973 model mobile home that now is as of right now in Aiken S.C. And i was wondering if it could be moved in lexington S.C and if so what would i have to do for it to pas inspection? Or if not lexington what would i have to do for it to pass inspection in Aiken S.C? Anyone wiyh any information would be very appreiciated thanks.
