I think my mh is a 90 Fleetwood?

Only have a vin number, seller thinks the older mh is a Fleetwood but I can't find it anywhere...all the layout plans don't match. The local DMV doesn't have the vin listed; the layout has 2 run on bedrooms separated by one major bathroom and an additional bathroom off the living room. it comes with a working wood burning fireplace. It's pretty and well kept but I'm scared to purchase since elderly seller can't remember or tell me who made it. Title just lists the VIN number in the make/model space on form. Maybe it's a Clayton? Maybe it was a prototype or special edition made only one year? How Can i find it 2 bd/2bath 1990?
