Hot Tubs in Lease Land Communities

The first thing you need to do is look at your park/community rules and regs. By law in the State of California every resident/tenant is entitled to the most current copy at the time they sign their lease or when they pay their rent.

If a spa is not addressed then you have every right to use it as long as you're not causing a disturbance to others i.e. loud parties, excessive noise, etc and as long as it's not deemed a health and/or safety hazard.

Most park/communities have time constraints on outdoor activities i.e. working on a car or in your yard. I'm sure that if your hot tub is located outdoors there will be some time issues due to the noise produced by them.
