i am selling my mobile home

what kind of paper work do I need when I sell my mobile home? Bill of Sale? I haven't a clue and someone wants to buy it. It's located in a mobile home park,and they are filling out the papers with the park to get qualified today, so I need to know who, what and where do I go from this point
