Home owner's rights after park is sold

I have a contract to buy my home in a mobile home park in California. I will have paid off the home on Feb 1st. Then I will only continue to pay the lot rent and utilities. The park is being sold to a new owner. Will the new owner have to honor my contract in force? Thank you!
