Formyldahade warning on new never lived in double wide

Should we not purchase this home. Need a quick answer,as we are living in hotel right now. I did notice some type of an odor while in the trailer.since its been empty for 8 months, the heat and ac have been off. Any answers on why this warning notice being posted. We love in northwest n.j.
