Father passed away and can't find a title

My father passed away a couple days ago and being that im next of kin and am now responsible for handling his affairs. One being his single wide trailer which is in a small park and seems to be from the late 60's or 70's. I was unable to find a title or bill of sale with in his belongings. I looked around trailer and couldn't find a manufacturer plate or vin. I did find a licence plate of sorts. I will have copies of his death certificate in a few weeks and was wondering how to go about getting one put into my name so I can sell it and get it off my hands... I'm in Portland OR and the trailer in I. Clackamas oregon. Any help would be greatfull. .
