Family member who only uses a quiet Motorcycle entering a Senior Park to viisit his family

If you live in a Senior Mobile Home Park, where there is NO off street parking available, how can a Park Manager not allow a family member to ride
his huge, quiet, touring motorcyle into the Mobile Park to visit his diabled
senior grandparent on occasion??

You need to read the parks rules and regs. If there is no mention or policies re: motorcycles. If there's nothing in writing file a complaint with the HCD Ombusdsman.
