factory defect

I have a trailer house that has a issue due to a top plate at the roofs edge and the vinyl siding it is a cap i mite say i found electrical problems then found water intrusion i called the manufacture and they sent out a guy to look at this he said it was a defect and that they will have to make repairs but i am worried there is now black carpet i took off 4 sheets of ply wood and found the top plates all rotten and the ply wood same the insulation all wet mold all over the Sheetrock the bottom plates are black as a ace of spades my ply wood on the roof is rotten so basically should i let them repair this 90 foot trailer that has water intrusion from front to back or request a new one with money damages for being exposed to mold etc
