Electrical Bluepring

an electrical outage occurred and when the power came back on there is on circuit that does not work. The breaker is not tripped and I have traced the wire to the first outlet that does not work and there is no power there. What can I do to find the break in the wire. I have power at the breaker but not at the first receptacle.What could be wrong?
