easement

A mobile home tenant in our park wants to put in a double wide mobile home and is telling both of my neighbors on each side that he will need to take up some of their property so it will fit. Can he legally do this? These people are old and I feel they are being pushed around.

double wide taking up more space than allowed

Check with the management. Normally a person renting a spot in a park will have the whole spot and the lot lines are to be determined and not moved. A renter cannot just take up the space of a neighbor.

Hopefully the management is not allowing this to happen. Check the rental agreements and what they cover in this instance. If it is allowed for one, it would be allowed for all.
