Dry Docked

I live at a mobile home park. The lease says that RV's, travel trailers, are not allowed anywhere in the park for more than 48 hrs. I have my old 18' fifth wheel travel trailer parked 8' away, next to the home. I have removed the wheels and the 5th wheel pin section, blocked the frame and am in the process of skirting it and have a storage place below the 5th wheel section for my lawn mower and yard tools. I say that without wheels, and hitch it has become a multi purpose out building. I am being threatened with breech of contract, for not moving it within the 48 hr. time limit. Am I right or wrong.
