my friend and i are disabled.we made lots of improvements.for wheelchair.the trailer my friend owned the trailer,purchased new. 1960's? 1997 after meeting him we where told we can fix it up need lots of work.2011 kicked out for making improvement with out permit.loss lot of time and money!!can you help?
