Costs of reconnecting utilities

We have had a quote for reconnecting utilities (water, electric, sewer, and gas) of $1300 when the installer has moved our MH. Would this be a reasonable amount?

Sounds a little high, but still in the ballpark. Normally this would run several hundred dollars, so ask them why it is so high, and hopefully they can break it down for you.
