can i sell my double-wide in this tough economy?

My husband and I are trying to repair our credit so we can buy a house in another town. We have a 2004 commander manufactured home that is on a rented lot. It needs work. If we ever do get a loan for another house how can i get rid of this one? I owe $27,000.00 on this home mortgage.
