Can I add to the load bearing support with more footers?

I would like to add a hard wood floor and Sheetrock in the living room of our double wide. Would adding additional footers and block under the frame increase the load carrying capacity of the structure?

Also if so then any suggestions on footer size and spacing would be helpful.
