I raised my 3 boys in a mobile home so I have first hand experience with them. Mobile homes are different than stick-built traditional homes yet oh, so nice! The financing is different; you must get park approval; if you are financing the mobile home, the interest rates are higher; there are just a lot of differences in a mobile home purchase that an agent has to know.
