allowing a family member under 55 to move in with use

we live in a 55 and older community that has a 80/20 split rule. We let a family member move in with us who is 38. The we were told they would evict us if she didn't move out because she is under 55. Is this a violation of the of the 80/20 rule and a discrimination because of age
