air conditioning problems

just bought a 2000 model oakwood double wide mobile home. Used the heater for the winter months, heat would come out of all the floor vents, but now that summer is here, turned on air conditioner(which uses same ducting as heater) and only will blow air out of one half of the home. Note the home has a refridgerated air unit outside on ground,better known as a heat pump.
