age of the trailer to be moved

Hello my parents have a moble home and are about to be evicted i need to find some info on the laws of moving a moble home in kansas. I have heard that older ones can not be moved on the road is this true and if so is there a certain year before that can not be moved? Really any info anyone has on the matter would be greatly appreciated thank you.
