1968 Marlett 14x70

I need to know the manufacture and model of my dad's 1968 Marlett 14x70 home. I have a 2 different serial numbers. The one that is on my declarations page is 0517 and on the deed is 60P12260FK280517. My dad passed away and I am selling the home but can not find the title. I have an interested party, and I have given them all this information but the bank is wanting to know the make and model. Can you please help me? Is it listed somewhere on the trailer? The only name I see on it is Marlett. Thank you so much
